Com o retorno do IEM ao Rio de Janeiro, buscamos explorar o estilo do carioca na comunicação, desde o turismo até o CS, marcado pela alegria, vibração, amizade, solidariedade e solicitude em tudo o que faz. A união dessas características únicas, que definem o povo carioca, só poderia receber um nome: o Jeito Carioca.

With the return of the IEM to Rio de Janeiro, we aim to explore the Carioca style of communication, from tourism to CS, marked by joy, energy, friendship, solidarity, and care in everything they do. The union of these unique characteristics that define the Carioca people could only be called one thing: The Carioca Way.
